Crisham & Holman is pleased to announce that David Holman, C&H co-founder and partner, has been admitted to practice law in Wyoming.
David joins John Hegarty as the firm's second attorney barred in Wyoming, further expanding the firm's ability to serve clients throughout the state, especially energy clients as the industry’s activity increases in multiple basins. David’s practice focuses on energy litigation, business divorce and general business litigation, and construction litigation. John focuses his work on real estate and commercial finance transactions, and on the development and financing of a diverse area of energy projects for both large landowners and operators.
In addition to Wyoming, David is admitted to practice in Colorado and Oklahoma, and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado, the District of Montana, the District of North Dakota, and the Western District of Oklahoma. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fourth, Tenth, and Federal Circuits.
