John Crisham and David Holman are excited to announce the opening of Crisham & Holman LLC, a new boutique litigation firm located in the Denver metro area.
Their new firm will help clients litigate complex commercial cases and business disputes throughout the country, with a special focus in the Rocky Mountain region.
Crisham was a litigation partner with Greenberg Traurig LLP in Denver, where he worked since 2016. Before that, Crisham was a litigation partner with the international law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, D.C. Following law school, John clerked for Judge Paul J. Kelly, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He has litigated complex cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country.
Holman was a trial partner and co-chair of the trial group of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver. Previously, Holman was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, D.C. Holman also clerked for Judge Kelly of the Tenth Circuit in Santa Fe, N.M. Holman has tried or arbitrated multiple cases to verdict or final arbitral award in various jurisdictions, including complete verdicts or arbitral awards for his clients.
